Our stock status on our website is real time. If our website shows the ADD TO CART button next to a product, that means the product is physically in stock and sitting in our warehouse, and ready to be shipped to you immediately.
If you see the words "Out of Stock" on our website next to a product, that means the product is not in stock.
If you see the words "Out of Stock" on our website next to a product, that means the product is not in stock.
Yes by using the back order button the goods will be ordered and despatched to you as quickly as possible. This is not possible for all goods.
GBP - British Pounds. If ordering from abroad your bank may charge you a slightly different rate.
We accept credit card and debit card. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques.
Our team of professional customer service representatives will be glad to assist you. You need to email info@ezdistribution.co.uk with your order number for a return authorisation. If the product in question is an airsoft gun, you can easily send it to our technical centre for repair.
We accept returns on a case by case basis. A 10% restocking fee may be applied on returned items.
We offer limited guarantees on products. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to organise replacements parts if applicable. EZ Distribution will not be able to fit these parts for you.
No EZ Distribution only sells B2B (business to business). You must have a valid business with good reason to purchase airsoft equipment.
We expect trade orders to be of at least £500 plus VAT per order, and with an annual spend of at least £1000. Trade account pricing is given at the discretion of EZ Distribution, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. You must also be either an airsoft site or a retailer to have an account with EZ Distribution. If not, all of our products are available through www.landwarriorairsoft.com
To keep our operation running smoothly we only accept orders via the website. Email and telephone queries are welcome.
